1.应该保养自动上料搅拌罐罐体，每次运完混凝土后及进清洗罐，要知道混凝土是更容易和钢铁粘结在一起的。

2.出料的均匀性问题是自动上料搅拌罐的一个重要指标之一，它直接影响着施工质量。在运送混凝土时，搅拌筒转速应节制在2~5r/min，在运送间隔较长可能混凝土的塌落度较大时，出料前应先将搅拌筒快速动弹5~10圈，使内里的混凝土能充实搅拌，这样出料的匀称性就会大大提高。若途中混凝失水，到工地应加水调解，并充实搅拌，虽然这种环境应只管制止，但是这样会使混凝土的质量得不到担保。有的用户在利用时不留意节制在运输历程中的转速，过快会增大燃油的耗损，过小则会造成混凝土离析。因此应严格根据要求来节制搅拌筒的转速，以提高混凝土运送质量。

3.混凝土限量不能高出罐体的方量，因为混凝土强度品级差别它的密度也差别，高强度混凝土一般密度也大，同样的体积，装多了对车会有一定损坏。输送混凝土的容量、质量及坍落度应切合车辆利用说明书中的规定，实时加注润滑油。

4.露天停放过的自动上料搅拌罐，装料前应先将搅拌筒以出料偏向旋转，把水泥罐内的积水放掉，确保运送混凝土的质量。
