分解摇臂总成时，应注意各摇臂的序号、摇臂轴的安装方向及位置，以免安装时位置装错。对摇臂总成零件进行清洗时，应注意将摇臂轴内部清洗干净，并保证各油孔通畅。摇臂总成分解后，主要进行一下检查。

　　When disassembling the rocker arm assembly, attention should be paid to the serial number of each rocker arm, the installation direction and position of rocker shaft, so as to avoid the wrong installation position. When cleaning the rocker arm assembly parts, pay attention to clean the inside of the rocker shaft and ensure that all oil holes are unobstructed. After the rocker arm assembly is disassembled, the main inspection is as follows.

　　（1）检查摇臂球面接触部位的磨损情况，若有轻微的磨损沟痕，可用油石或磨光机进行修磨，磨损严重时应更换摇臂。

　　(1) Check the wear condition of the spherical contact part of the rocker arm. If there is slight wear groove mark, the oilstone or polishing machine can be used for grinding. If the wear is serious, the rocker arm should be replaced.
           

　　（2）安装有气门间隙调整螺钉的摇臂，检查调整螺钉、锁紧螺母和摇臂上的螺孔是否完好，若有损坏应更换。

　　(2) For the rocker arm with valve clearance adjustment screw, check whether the adjusting screw, lock nut and screw hole on the rocker arm are in good condition. If there is any damage, replace it.

　　（3）带滚动轴承的浮动式摇臂，检查其轴承，若磨损严重或损坏应更换摇臂。

　　(3) Check the bearing of floating rocker arm with rolling bearing, and replace the rocker arm if it is seriously worn or damaged.

　　（4）安装在摇臂轴上的摇臂，测量摇臂衬套内径和摇臂轴外径，检查器配合间隙，若检修超过允许极限，应更换零件或总成。

　　(4) For the rocker arm installed on the rocker arm shaft, measure the inner diameter of the rocker arm bushing and the outer diameter of the rocker shaft, and check the fit clearance of the device. If the maintenance exceeds the allowable limit, the parts or assembly should be replaced.

　　（5）检查摇臂的完全变形，若超过允许极限，应校正或更换摇臂轴。

　　(5) Check the complete deformation of the rocker arm. If it exceeds the allowable limit, correct or replace the rocker shaft.
