自上料搅拌车的日常清洗你都了解吗？

大家都知道，自上料搅拌车在每天使用后要及时清洗，以防止搅拌车罐内残存的混凝土凝固或者对设备造成腐蚀。但是，自上料搅拌车的清洗过程，你真的知道吗？
As we all know, since the loading mixer is used every day, it shall be cleaned in time to prevent the residual concrete in the tank of the mixer from solidification or corrosion to the equipment. But do you really know the cleaning process of the loading mixer?
1、每天的工作结束后，将搅拌罐内注入适量的水，并保持搅拌罐缓慢旋转；
1. After the work every day, inject an appropriate amount of water into the mixing tank and keep the mixing tank rotating slowly;
2、将自上料搅拌车水箱里的水加满，以保证清洗过程的水量充足；
2. Fill up the water in the water tank of the loading mixer to ensure sufficient water in the cleaning process;
3、向罐体内注水，注水过程中保持搅拌罐工作状态，以足够的水量保证洗掉搅拌罐内残存的混凝土；
3. Inject water into the tank, maintain the working state of the mixing tank during the water injection process, and wash off the residual concrete in the mixing tank with sufficient water;
4、打开洗车泵，接好高压水枪（高端自上料搅拌车标配，有些厂家可能需要定制）；
4. Turn on the car washing pump and connect the high-pressure water gun (standard for high-end self loading mixer, some manufacturers may need to customize);
5、仔细清洗罐体、进料口、出料口、车身等残留物料；
5. Carefully clean residual materials such as tank body, feed inlet, discharge outlet and vehicle body;
6、确认没有水泥和混凝土结块后，将搅拌罐内的污水放掉。
6. After confirming that there is no cement and concrete caking, drain the sewage in the mixing tank.
