双轴混合器的主要结构如下图所示,主要包括驱动装置、进料口螺杆叶片轴、罐体、出料口等部件。驱动装置由电机联轴器、减速机、齿轮副组成。电机通过联轴器带动减速机,再带动齿轮副运行,实现两个斜叶片轴的相移。螺旋叶片安装在螺旋叶片轴上,螺旋叶片由耐磨材料制成。物料通过进料口进入罐内,由螺旋叶片搅拌破碎。物料粒度均匀后从出料口出料。
