水泥罐车灰罐堵塞怎么处理才好?

1、装料前，应检查并罐体及出料管道内的积灰和结渣等物；各管道、阀门应启闭灵活，不得有堵塞、漏气等现象；各连接部件应牢固可靠，方可进行装料。

2、在打开装料口前，应先打开排气阀，排除罐内残余气压。

3、装料时，应打开料罐内料位器开关，待料位器发出满位声响信号时，应立即停止装料。

4、装料完毕，应将装料口边缘上堆积的水泥清扫干净，盖好进料口盖，并把插销插好锁紧。

6、在向罐内加压时，应确认卸料阀处于关闭状态。待罐内气压达到卸料压力时，应先稍开二次风嘴阀后再打开卸料阀，并调节二次风嘴阀的开度来调整空气与水泥的比例。

7、卸料过程中，应观察压力表压力变化情况，如压力突然上升，而输气软管堵塞，不再出料，应停止送气并放出管内压气，然后堵塞。

8、卸料作业时，空气压缩机应有专人负责，其他人员不得擅自操作。在进行加压卸料时，不得改变内燃机转速。

10、雨天不得在露天装卸水泥。应经常检查并确认进料口盖关闭严实，不得让水或湿空气进入罐内。

11、在车底下进行保养、检修时，应将内燃机熄火、拉紧手制动器并将车轮楔牢。

12、水泥罐车经修理后需要试车时，应由合格人员驾驶，车上不得载人、载物，当需在道路上试车时，应挂交通管理部门颁发的试车牌照。

13、在坡道上停放时，下坡停放应挂上倒档，上坡停放应挂上一档，并应使用三角木楔等塞紧轮胎。
