嗅觉诊断法:是用鼻子闻液压油是否有异味,若闻到液压油局部有焦臭味,说明液压泵等液压元件局部发热,导致液压油被烤焦冒烟,据此可判断其发热部位。闻液压油是否有恶臭味或刺鼻的辣味,若有说明液压油已严重污染,不能再继续使用。
