一、选择平整坚实的场地，周围有良好的排水沟渠，将小型混凝土搅拌机推场地，等待备用。
1、 Choose a flat and solid site with good drainage ditches around. Push the small concrete mixer to the site and wait for standby.
二、检查混凝土搅拌机的轴承、电动机和电器元件的接线牢固，保护接零或接地电阻是否符合规定，如有异常需要立即更换。
2、 Check whether the connection of the bearing, motor and electrical components of the concrete mixer is firm and whether the protective zero connection or grounding resistance meets the requirements. If there is any abnormality, it needs to be replaced immediately.
三、接上混凝土搅拌机的电源，按下启动按钮，使混凝土搅拌机空载运转，检查搅拌桶或叶片旋转方向与筒体上箭头的方向是否一致。
3、 Connect the power supply of the concrete mixer, press the start button to make the concrete mixer run without load, and check whether the rotation direction of the mixing bucket or blade is consistent with the direction of the arrow on the cylinder.
四、搅拌机启动后，应使搅拌筒达到正常转速后进行上料，上料时及时加水。加料的次序为石子--水泥--沙子或者沙子--水泥--石子。
4、 After the mixer is started, the mixing drum shall be fed after reaching the normal speed, and water shall be added in time. The order of feeding is stone cement sand or sand cement stone.
五、混凝土搅拌机处在搅拌的工作中时，注意观察机械的运转情况，当有异常或轴承温升过高等现象时，应停机检查。
5、 When the concrete mixer is in the mixing process, pay attention to observe the operation of the machine. In case of abnormal or excessive bearing temperature rise, stop the machine for inspection.
六、完成一次搅拌工作后，将搅拌筒内的搅拌物全部倒出后，方可加入新的搅拌物。
6、 After the completion of a mixing work, pour out all the mixing materials in the mixing cylinder, and then add new mixing materials.
七、混凝土搅拌机使用过后要及时清理干净，以免剩余的搅拌物吸附在搅拌筒壁上。
7、 After the concrete mixer is used, it should be cleaned up in time to avoid the remaining mixing materials adsorbed on the wall of the mixing cylinder.
