If the electrical maintenance part is not maintained in time, or the maintenance time and other parameters are set unreasonably, the main motor may be burned. 　　一、混凝土搅拌机“闷罐”的原因

　　1、 Causes of concrete mixer's "stuffy tank"1、主电机皮带过松，动力传递缺乏。这种情况下，搅拌机内搅拌阻力稍大，就可能被卡住，从而形成闷罐现象。

　　2、一次性投料过多，比方应该是两盘搅拌量，由于错误动作一次投搅拌机，那么很就可能闷罐了。有时候由于搅拌机开门时间不合理，上盘料卸不洁净也可能形成闷罐。

　　3、搅拌机内衬板磨损严重，或许搅拌叶磨损严重，形成搅拌叶和搅拌机内衬板间隙过大，或许间隙严重不均匀，也是形成闷罐的多发原因，这种情况下，搅拌叶与搅拌衬板间必然会有较多的坚固粗骨料，搅拌机被卡死，也就不足为怪了。

　　3. The inner lining plate of mixer is seriously worn. Perhaps the mixing blade is seriously worn, resulting in the excessive gap between the mixing blade and the inner plate of the mixer, or the gap is seriously uneven, which is also the frequent cause of the formation of the tank. In this case, there must be more solid coarse aggregate between the mixing blade and the mixing lining plate, and it is not surprising that the mixer is stuck.
             

　　4、投料的份额不合理，或许次序不对，也有可能闷罐，特别是投料中没有水，会大大添加搅拌阻力。

　　5、搅拌罐车“抱大轴”（指的是拌和机主轴粘结许多混凝土），或许其它部位粘结过多的混凝土，也是形成“闷罐”的多发原因。搅拌机里边粘结东西越多，搅拌阻力越大，严重时就形成闷罐。这种情况下，操作手应密切注意搅拌主机的电流数值，电流数值过大，就有可能需求整理一下搅拌机内部了；6、搅拌罐车内混入钢筋棍、铁板等异物，或者搅拌臂折断、电机相间不平衡、电源电压过低一级异常情况也可能形成“闷罐”一般情况下，在一段时间内经常性的闷罐，前三种可能性更大一些。假如搅拌电机电流大，第五种可能性更大。

　　5. Mixing tank truck "holding big shaft" (refers to the mixer spindle bonding a lot of concrete), perhaps other parts of the bond too much concrete, is also the cause of the formation of "closed tank". 　　二、防止混凝土搅拌机粘罐的方法

　　3、搅拌筒内外积污及残存的混凝土渣块时，以及在机修人员进入筒内进行检修和焊补作业时，需先关闭山东自动上料搅拌车发动机，使搅拌筒完全停止转动。在机修人员进入筒内工作期间，必须保证拌筒内通风良好，空气新鲜，无可然气体及有害灰尘，氧气供应充足。在筒内使用电动工具操作时，操作人员必须有良好的绝缘保护。

　　4、工作时，不得将手伸入旋转的搅拌筒内，严禁将手伸入主卸料溜槽和加长卸料溜槽的连接部位。
