  5、搅拌罐车“抱大轴”(指的是拌和机主轴粘结许多混凝土),或许其它部位粘结过多的混凝土,也是形成“闷罐”的多发原因。搅拌机里边粘结东西越多,搅拌阻力越大,严重时就形成闷罐。这种情况下,操作手应密切注意搅拌主机的电流数值,电流数值过大,就有可能需求整理一下搅拌机内部了;6、搅拌罐车内混入钢筋棍、铁板等异物,或者搅拌臂折断、电机相间不平衡、电源电压过低一级异常情况也可能形成“闷罐”一般情况下,在一段时间内经常性的闷罐,前三种可能性更大一些。假如搅拌电机电流大,第五种可能性更大。
  5.
