When driving a self mixing concrete mixer, we often encounter such a situation: when the mixer engine idles, the clutch pedal has been pressed to the bottom, but it is very difficult to shift, and the speed change gear has a strong impact sound. After reluctantly shifting into gear, the clutch pedal has not been released, and the concrete mixer has been running or flameout. This paper analyzes the reasons for this phenomenon. Check by the following methods: remove the bottom cover of the clutch, put the transmission into neutral, and press the clutch to the end. Then, use the lifting tool to move the driven plate. If it can be turned easily, it means that the clutch is well separated; if it can not be moved, it means that the clutch is not completely separated.

自拌混凝土搅拌机故障排除方法：

Troubleshooting of self mixing concrete mixer:

1、检查混凝土搅拌机离合器踏板自由行程是否过大，并调整。

1. Check whether the free stroke of clutch pedal of concrete mixer is too large and adjust it.

2、检查自拌混凝土搅拌机分离杠杆高度是否一致、是否过低。在车下拨动分离拨叉，使搅拌机分离轴承前端靠在分离杠杆内端面上，转动离合器一周进行查看，如果分离杠杆的内端能同时和分离轴承接触不上，说明分离杠杆的高度不一致，需应进行调整。如果分离杠杆高度一致，仍然分离不彻底，就要检查杠杆高度。将各分离杠杆调到同样的高度，如果能彻底分离，说明原来调整不当或是磨损过甚。分离杠杆调整之后，必须重新调整离合器踏板的自由行程。

2. Check whether the separation lever height of self mixing concrete mixer is consistent or too low. Move the release fork under the car to make the front end of the release bearing of the mixer lean against the inner end face of the release lever. Rotate the clutch for a week to check. If the inner end of the release lever can not contact with the release bearing at the same time, it indicates that the height of the release lever is inconsistent and needs to be adjusted. If the separation lever height is consistent and the separation is not complete, check the lever height. Adjust the release lever to the same height. If it can be separated completely, it means that the original adjustment is improper or the wear is too much. After adjusting the release lever, the free stroke of the clutch pedal must be readjusted.
            

3、如果上述调整正常后，仍然分离不彻底，就要拆下自拌混凝土搅拌机离合器，检查从动盘是否装反、轴向移动是否困难、主从动盘有无翘曲、分离杠杆螺钉是否松动、浮动销是否脱落。

3. If the above adjustment is normal and the separation is not complete, the clutch of the self mixing concrete mixer should be removed to check whether the driven plate is installed reversely, whether the axial movement is difficult, whether the master-slave plate is warped, whether the release lever screw is loose, and whether the floating pin falls off.

4、对于新铆的摩擦片的离合器，要检查从动盘和摩擦片是否过厚。如果过厚，可在离合器盖和飞轮之间加垫片。对于混凝土搅拌机液压传动的离合器，除上述检查外，还应检查制动液是否缺少，管道是否渗漏并排出液压系统内的空气。

4. For the clutch with new riveted friction plate, check whether the driven plate and friction plate are too thick. If it is too thick, add a gasket between the clutch cover and flywheel. For the clutch of hydraulic transmission of concrete mixer, in addition to the above inspection, it is also necessary to check whether the brake fluid is lacking, whether the pipeline is leaking and discharge the air in the hydraulic system.
