明确油道通畅，柴油发动机供给系统软件没有空气后，可拆卸油泵盖板，板动控制摇杆，拨动油泵拉杆，看拉杆是不是灵活和柱塞泵弹簧片是不是决裂。在自上料式混凝土搅拌机拉杆灵活和柱塞泵弹簧片没坏的情况下，可运转柴油发动机中速运转十分钟，再有断火情况时，可以用一只铜榔头轻轻地击打输油泵大螺帽，一面敲一面听柴油发动机响声，假设响声反常，标明输油泵活塞和推杆发卡，开展维修或拆换。

Assuming that the sound is abnormal, it indicates that the piston and push rod of the oil pump are jammed for maintenance or replacement.
              

卸下喷油器总承，旋转曲轴数圈，即有水喷出来，标明气缸盖，缸体有裂缝或沙孔，碰到这类情况时，可向客户表述或向自动上料搅拌机公司反应。低压油流通畅后，可以用手压泵扫除油道中的空气，翻开泵头放气螺钉，直没有小气泡时，才能扭紧放气螺钉。

Remove the general bearing of the fuel injector, rotate the crankshaft for several turns, that is, there is water spraying out, indicating that there are cracks or sand holes in the cylinder head and cylinder block. After the low-pressure oil flow is unobstructed, the air in the oil passage can be swept by the hand pump, and the air release screw of the pump head can be turned over until there are no small bubbles.

油嘴不雾化，油泵柱塞泵弹簧片和弹簧片座决裂，卡死不工作，或者柴油内有水。卸下油嘴总承查验翻开压力和雾化，假设油嘴总承正常，可让客户用洁净柴油装入壶中用油路旁接法开展试验。翻开自上料式混凝土搅拌机油箱开关，卸下输油泵进油管，看油流情况，假设油流很快，标明正常，假设油流断断续续查油道。

Remove the nozzle general bearing, check the opening pressure and atomization.
