搅拌一体机的气路系统该如何保养？

像一些泥土之类的，需要搅拌一体机边搅拌边运输，泥土含有一定的水分，一旦水分少了它就会变干，因此需要在运输过程中慢慢搅拌，气路系统作为搅拌机常用的一种部件，搅拌机的气路系统的保养应该怎么做？

1、搅拌一体机空气压缩机应水平放置、固定，通风良好。
1. The air compressor of mixer should be placed horizontally and fixed with good ventilation.
2、不能经受风吹雨淋，也不能暴晒在阳光下。
2. It can't stand the wind and rain, and it can't be exposed to the sun.
3、调整好空气压力自动开关的上下限值，压力过低会导致气缸动作迟缓，压力过高对气路系统密封件不利。

4、检查搅拌一体机润滑油的油位，保持油面在油尺上下线之间，油面接近下线时，添加新油。

5、检查传送带张力是否合适，当用手指压皮带，皮带下陷10mm左右为宜；更换传送带时应整组更换，以保持张紧度一致。
5. Check whether the tension of the conveyor belt is appropriate. When pressing the belt with fingers, the belt should sink about 10 mm; When replacing the conveyor belt, the whole group should be replaced to maintain the same tension.
气路系统对于搅拌一体机来说也是一处重要的部件，需要添加充足的油，并且保持油量充足，足够搅拌机的运行，在提高搅拌机的使用效率的同时，也能加强对气路系统的保养。
