457后桥标载13吨,457桥加大了轴承,承载量还是一样的,没什么大的变化。按参数说153是东风10吨桥,457是13吨桥。而且457比153承载能力强,153桥是十吨桥,半轴螺丝八棵,传动轴六根丝;457桥是十三吨桥,半轴螺丝十棵,传动轴八根丝。

457桥的457指的是减速器从动齿轮节圆直径为457mm,13吨中后桥。435、460、457、485、300等等这些数字,都代表了该车桥中间被动齿轮(也就是大家常说的盆齿)的节圆直径。

后桥的作用是什么?

1、如果是前桥驱动的车辆,那么后桥就仅仅是随动桥而已,只起到承载的作用。

2、如果前桥不是驱动桥,那么后桥就是驱动桥,这时候除了承载作用外还起到驱动和减速还有差速的作用。

后桥技术参数

1.承载级别:是指后桥设计大承载质量,以吨表示如:6吨级,10吨级,11吨级。等级超过13吨级的在国内道路是禁止的。

2.速比:是指用发动机的转速或者电机的转数除以减速机的输出转数,得出的数值就是减速机的速比。在出厂时车辆会注明这个数值,因为日后维修可能需要用到。
2. Speed ratio: the speed ratio of the reducer is obtained by dividing the speed of the engine or the revolution of the motor by the output revolution of the reducer. This value will be indicated when the vehicle leaves the factory because it may be needed for future maintenance.
