对水泥搅拌机底盘进行正确的润滑可以减少汽车零件的磨损，增加搅拌机零件的使用寿命，但是在实施润滑时应注意一下几点：

Proper lubrication of cement mixer chassis can reduce the wear of automobile parts and increase the service life of mixer parts, but the following points should be paid attention to when implementing lubrication:

1、正常使用情况下，按搅拌机厂家的保养周期进行润滑，环境恶劣情况下要适当缩短保养周期。

1. Under normal use, lubrication should be carried out according to the maintenance cycle of mixer manufacturer, and the maintenance cycle should be appropriately shortened under bad environment.

2、要选用规定的润滑油。代用油料须性能接近，主要技术指标须保证，并且用代用油应时常检查，且缩短使用周期。

2. Select the specified lubricating oil. The performance of substitute oil must be close, the main technical indexes must be guaranteed, and the use of substitute oil should be checked frequently, and the service cycle should be shortened.

3、更换发动机机油时，要在热状态时进行，以保证油能放尽。放油时应注意检查机油颜色是否正常、机油有无异物，以便发现故障隐患。待油放尽后，放油螺栓上的异物，然后拧紧。

3. When changing the engine oil, it should be done in the hot state to ensure that the oil can be exhausted. Pay attention to check whether the oil color is normal and whether there are foreign matters in the oil when discharging oil, so as to find out the hidden trouble. After the oil is drained, drain the foreign matter on the oil bolt and then tighten it.
             

4、进行润滑前，要清洁入口。润滑后要清洁零件表面，以免沾上尘土和污物。

5、更换新机油滤芯，将新机油注入发动机到油尺上限。为防止在没有润滑油的情况下启动发动机，应使高压油泵处于断油位置时按启动按钮，空转一会儿后，再启动发动机，并低速运转。检查机油滤清器有无渗漏，停机后，检查并补充机油油面到油尺上。

5. Replace the new oil filter element and fill the engine with new oil to the upper limit of oil dipstick. In order to prevent starting the engine without lubricating oil, press the start button when the high pressure oil pump is in the oil cut-off position. After idling for a while, start the engine again and run at low speed. Check the oil filter for leakage. After shutdown, check and replenish the oil level to the dipstick.

6、换机油滤芯：更换机油时，机油滤清器要同时更换，在密封垫上涂上一层薄薄的油，并且紧固滤清器。

6. Change the oil filter element: when changing the oil, change the oil filter at the same time, apply a thin layer of oil on the gasket, and fasten the filter.
